  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout (times may vary based on your location):

  • Standard Shipping: Approx. 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or holidays.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Any applicable duties, taxes, or fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.


4. Order Tracking

  • Every shipped order includes a tracking number.

  • You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the tracking link sent by email.


5. Shipping Address & Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


6. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country.

  • These additional charges are not included in the order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
